La tranquilidad, lo bien comunicado y la facilidad de poder comprar en los supermercados.
La ducha, igual salía agua caliente como fría sin tocar el mando.

El tamaño de la casa, que tuviera 2 baños, aire acondicionado, terraza en la que poder tender la colada. Muy buena ubicación con parada de bus en frente de la casa y metro a 10 minutos andando. Supermercados cerca también. La empresa que lo gestiona pendiente en cada momento.
Había algun pequeño detalle. La puerta del baño de la habitación matrimonial está rota?, porque no cierra bien, está como salida del rail. Quizá la falta de una escoba y/o fregona. Nosotros no la encontramos pero, la verdad, que tampoco preguntamos. La tapadera de la taza del mismo baño esta un poco suelta.

The location is okay as it needs at least 10 min from nearest train station. The kitchen is well equipped with utensils.
The bed arrangement for two peoples was done in leaving room which is not good. Because the central air condition was too loud and was installed in leaving room. Peoples who are sleeping in hall were not able to sleep. Also door in bathroom is not properly functioning. Curtains were not properly installed. The check in process was not informed well within time, even after I filled in form two or three days back with deposit.
