L'appartamento è confortevole per due persone. Il nostro soggiorno è stato molto breve e non abbiamo usufruito dei servizi della cucina. E' possibile infatti prepararsi i pasti. L'host è stato gentile e disponibile e ci ha preventivamente informato anche di alcuni inconvenienti causati da precedenti clienti. Mi è dispiaciuto, ma ho apprezzato che si sia scusato. Per me è stato comodo essere a due passi dalla sede del convegno per cui sono venuta a Roma.
La scomodità per l'assenza di piani d'appoggio in bagno.

Lo único que falló fue que el secador no funcionaba y que el plato de la ducha está medio roto pero tonterías con lo bien que estaba el piso

We had an excellent stay in Rome. The apartment is in a fantastic location, close to many restaurants and shops, and just a short walk from Bologna Metro station. This made it very easy to reach all parts of the city within minutes. The metro service was especially convenient, with very frequent trains because Bologna is the last station before the line branches. Highly recommended.

The place is clean and pleasant.
Unfortunately the flat has been refurbished to look nice but with cheap materials, which means there are already many damages which should be fixed, such as a malfunctioning shower head, a hole in front of the balcony door and a sink table in bad conditions. The air conditioning is also not very powerful. The host doesn't give you a key so you always need to use a link to open the front door which is quite frustrating.
