Vaste appartement bien équipé dans un quartier commerçant animé et à proximité immédiate des transports en commun (bus et métro).

地下鉄駅（B線）や、スーパーに近く、湯沸かしポットやミニキッチン、洗濯機があるが、旅慣れない人にはオススメしない。シャワーは比較的使いやすいが、徐々にタンクに水が追加されるタイプなので、だんだんぬるくなる。
広い通りに面した地上階にあり朝晩かなり騒音がする。静かに過ごすには不向き。キッチンにはIH式のクッカー（一口）が置いてあるが、本格的に調理する仕様ではなく、調理台上の照明は点滅していて使えない。電子レンジで温めるような簡単なもので過ごせばいいのだろうが、近所のスーパーに電子レンジで温めれば食べられる食品は売っていない。ベッドサイドの照明が両方切れていたり、生きてないコンセントがあったりと、全体的に手入れが行き届かない感じがした。食器洗剤が半端な量しか入っていないとか、シャンプーのボトルが破損しているとかも、何となく感じが悪い。旅行者相手だとたかをくくっているのだろうか。ちなみに、入る際も内扉は掃除の方があけてくれたが、人がいなかったら解錠できたのか、謎である。
