Chic&Elegant Retreat in Rome

I really liked that the apartment is big, there is a bathroom in each room. It is well equipped with everything you need in an apartment. There are 2 balconies and electric blackout window rolls. The apartment has 3 ACs, which was excellent giving the temp outside. There are many restaurants and shops nearby. The metro station is easy to access. The bed was confortable and you get 2 pillows/person, one hard and one soft.

They can work on the cleanliness of the place, especially the floors. Maybe some house slippes would be good.

Andava tutto bene

Tivemos uma ótima experiência com o anfitrião durante a nossa estadia, principalmente porque precisamos fazer o check-in de madrugada e ele foi bastante atencioso. A localização do apartamento é maravilhosa, fica próximo a supermercados, lojas, restaurantes e literalmente em frente as escadas da estação de metrô Líbia. Sobre a acomodação em si, estava tudo muito limpo e bem organizado, o apartamento é bem equipado, tanto na cozinha como na lavanderia (tem máquina de lavar!). Tem um ótimo espaço para família de 4 pessoas, é muito bem divido. Outro ponto, é em relação as janelas, que deixava o ambiente privativo. No fim, foi uma excelente hospedagem!

Uma leve presença de umidade.

1.It's on the metro and bus stop super near. 2.The kitchen is big and has everything you need ! From cups mugs to small or huge plates and wine glasses and truly everything and beyond in the kitchen - toasters and pans and pots and they are all new You can really cook there and there's a good dishwasher Also. 3.balconies to each room. 4. Close mini market to apartment 5. The area itself is nice authentic neighborhood ,no tourist's around. But ! There are some bad things too in general...

1.The bed sheets are not clean! Felt like they They don't change them between people. Feels like they just give new towels and that's it. 2.the bathroom is not clean - also feels like minimum cleanliness between people. 3.the floors definitely we're not cleaned too. 4. No warm blanket! It was cold and night need to sleep with clothes and air conditioner but still cold and just not the best place. 5. Also the beds are not big they are 150 cm , for a couple it's a little bit on the small size. 6. No comfortable pillows - super huge. When we came we complained to the owner and he didn't care ! He answered the phone we sent him pictures he said it's ok and he disappeared ! He just didn't respond for the whole time we were there ! We asked to bring us tomorrow new bed sheets and a warm blanket and it never happened,So from my point of view - disgusting service. On the last day sent him messages again for the possibility to check out later and he agreed responded fast. So I don't know people. I think there are better options for the price :) . I don't think the owners are bad people with bad intentions in fact he sounds like a pretty good happy person on the phone and talked nice when we talked. I think they just have not developed enough maturity and service for these types of businesses. Thank you for reading.
