Sehr gute Lage, gute Infrastruktur (Transport und Einkauf), geschmackvolle Einrichtung, Küche gut ausgestattet.
Falsche Angaben zur Wohnung: Es handelt sich um ein Appartement im Keller (Angabe bei Booking: Erdgeschoss), lediglich 1 Zimmer (Angabe Booking 1 Schlaf- und 1 Wohnzimmer), Größe 40-50qm (Angabe Booking 80qm). Badezimmer wies einen unangenehmen Geruch auf. Durch die Keller-Feuchtigkeit roch das Appartement trotz Luft-Entfeuchter nach Keller, Textilien waren klamm, vorhandene Bücher dadurch beschädigt. Fernsehen nur auf italienisch, Apps nur nutzbar mit eigenem Zugang (außer Amazon, dort Filme aber nur italienisch oder englisch). Belästigung durch Mücken trotz Mücken-Stecker stark gegeben, ein Mückengitter vor zumindest 1 Fenster wäre sinnvoll.
