Lovely Neighborhood, Basic Comfort

The apartment is located in a very pleasant neighborhood — on the same street, you can find several restaurants, bakeries, and a metro station. Every morning, I would go to the nearby bakery to get fresh baguettes. The building is clean and well-maintained. The apartment itself is well-equipped, with a small kitchen that had everything we needed for our few-day stay, and a large, comfortable bathroom.

The apartment consists of just one large room, with a small table and two uncomfortable chairs, one bed, and a fold-out sofa. Unfortunately, the sofa bed was very uncomfortable — it had a sag in the middle, which made it hard to find a good sleeping position. Once unfolded, it also took up most of the space in the room, making it difficult to move around. That said, the apartment was cheaper compared to other options, so I wasn’t expecting much more.

- L’emplacement du logement. - Literie confortable.

- La propreté dans le logement n’était pas totalement au rendez-vous. - Il n’y avait pas de lumière dans la cuisine. - Nous n’avions pas internet, alors que dans l’annonce elle est considérée comme disponible. Cela a été signalé au propriétaire, mais rien n’a fonctionné jusqu’à notre départ. - Les draps du canapé lit étaient remplis de tâche. - De plus, un mot dans l’ascenseur annonçait le passage d’une entreprise pour une désinsectisation peu de temps après notre passage. Le propriétaire a été informé, nous lui avons posé la question et savoir si cela concernait le logement, il a répondu qu’il allait voir avec le syndic, et je n’ai jamais eu de nouvelle. Un peu limite de mettre le logement en location si des insectes se trouvent dans l’immeuble ou même dans le logement.

Photo pas mis à jour télé qui ne fonctionne pas, pas la même télé qu’il y a sur les photos endroit assez sale surtout la douche, l’eau qui ne s’écoule pas parce qu’elle est à moitié bouchée
