Check in was friendly, however I reported upon my arrival to the flat that the lights were broken and it wasn’t fixed during my stay.
The check out was really bad. The check-out time indicated for this accommodation is 12-1pm. I had asked the host if there was a chance for late check out and after he declined and immediately accepted to be out of the apartment by 1pm. Despite my agreement, the host kept messaging, calling and harassing me from 12:10 onwards to hurry up and leave. Which was very unprofessional and unkind as well as without any substance due to legitimate hours.
