Nos pareció que tenía una buena ubicación, pudiendo movernos con facilidad con metro y Uber.

Hemos estado en una ola de calor y hacía mucho calor en el apartamento, que es muy pequeño y cuya cama es el sofá.

Αριστη τοποθεσία , 15 λεπτά απο Arc de Triomphe, απολύτως ασφαλής και ήσυχη. Επίσης, το διαμέρισμα είχε ωραίο μπάνιο και μηχανή καφέ expresso. Παλιά οικοδομή, με την γοητεία των πσλιών κατοικιών του Παρισιού.

Δεν ήταν απολύτως καθσρό. Πολύ μικρό. Διέθετε καναπέ που γινόταν κρεββάτι, όχι πολύ άνετο. Κάθε μέρα έπρεπε να στρώνουμε τα σεντόνια στο κρεββάτι. Ηταν στιν 3ο όροφο, χωρίς ασανσέρ, αλλά έτσι είναι οι περισσότερες παλιές οικοδομές του κέντρου.

We stayed in the apartment from May 18 to May 22, 2026, as a couple. Overall, our impression was mixed: the apartment has a good location, a quiet neighborhood, and decent renovation, but many practical issues significantly affected our stay. It may be suitable for a short stay, but it needs improvements and more attention to detail. Pros: — Excellent location in a quiet area, with a large grocery store nearby. — Decent renovation and a well-organized layout for a small space. — Good sound insulation; we barely heard the neighbors. — Spacious bathroom, TV, and a separate room for storing belongings. — The host agreed to an early check-in.

Cons: — On the day of check-in, the host was unreachable for a long time despite confirming early check-in. We were only able to enter the apartment at around 11:40. — Very narrow staircase and no elevator: carrying luggage to the 4th floor was extremely inconvenient. — The apartment shows noticeable wear: plumbing and drainage issues, a non-working towel dryer, broken drawers, and no hot water in the kitchen. — There was only enough hot water in the shower for one person. — The toilet has no sound insulation and no sink. — There are not enough shelves or storage spaces, and some sockets are inconveniently located. — The storage room is used more like a cluttered utility space and is partly occupied by unnecessary items. — The sofa is uncomfortable for sleeping; a proper bed would be much more practical. — The door connecting the apartment to the neighboring part of the property creates a feeling of poor privacy and security.
