Basso 61 Urban Oasis with Private Mini Pool & Courtyard - Families & Groups

We used this apartment for the 2nd part of our Sicilian trip where my partner joined my family. The place is perfect for a larger group or a family (we were 5 but the apartment can def. accommodate at least 7 people). The rooms are a lot more spacious than it seems from the pictures. Everything was extremely comfortable and clean and the hosts Valeria & Roberto were extremely helpful the entire time and super responsive over Whatsapp. The communication was very clear from the start and they even made sure to ask and prepare the rooms and beds based on how we were planning to sleep in the apartment. What I also want to mention was their flexibility with the check-in and check-out: we were able to drop our luggage right away (during the time when the lovely ladies were cleaning the place) and even actually check-in much earlier than the official time. The instructions and tips left in the apartment were also very helpful for our stay. Last but not least we enjoyed the location a lot as it was a bit of a walk from the busy historic center, yet close enough to a lot of caffes, restaurants and wine bars. The train station is also just a short walk away if you need it. Thank you for making our stay truly memorable :)

I can't think of anything :) Maybe just to point out to the hosts to double-check the smoke / CO2 detector in the apartment which is making noise anytime someone uses a bathroom or uses a stove / kettle :)

Clean, comfortable and spacious with everything that we may need. It was like a home from home and a welcome place to relax after being out in the heat of the city. We loved it and could have easily stayed longer. Excellent communication with Valerie, who responded quickly to any queries we had. Approx an easy 20min walk to main sights, which we enjoyed and it was nice to see real Palermo. Located near a supermarket and several bakeries. We are so pleased we picked this beautiful apartment for our visit. Thank you

There was nothing that we didn’t like.
