The location on waterfront in center of town and gated private parking make this apartment a wonderful find. Code to open gate to the parking provided when arriving. Communication with host by WhatsApp turned out best option but she did also respond through the booking.com message app. Full kitchen and washing machine a bonus for us.
Stairs up to apartment were tiring but doable and worth the location. Moving the car out of private parking to alternate location 3 minute drive away provided by host on Thursday night because of weekly Friday town market in front of apartment was an inconvenience but the market is a cool experience. We were caught off guard by additional charge for linen and towels.

Appartamento molto bello, fronte lago con parcheggio privato recintato sotto all appartamento. Pulito, con bagno camera soggiorno e cucina, aria condizionata. A 1 minuto a piede dal centro. Ottimo e ci torneremo e lo consiglio a tutti, 10 e lode.

Location is great, and parking in the property is a plus. The apartment is spacious and has been recently renovated and the decor ambience is pretty nice.
Hosts must be aware of the street market that happens right outside on Fridays, because you need to take out your car early, before the parking access is closed by the market, unless you won’t need your car during the day.
