Welcome to The Cottages in Ocean View! This DOG FRIENDLY, 3 BR / 2 1/2 BA property has plenty of room for the family! Located just a short distance from Bethany Beach, restaurants, access to a COMMUNITY POOL, dock, and much more. The space offers a well-equipped kitchen, living room, and dining room on the first level, with a great sunroom. There is also a king bedroom with an ensuite full bath. Upstairs is a loft area with a set of bunk beds and a second bedroom with a queen bed and a hall bath. You are within walking distance of enjoying local beers and delicious food at the Ocean View Brewery and other exceptional restaurants; Drifting Ground, The Cafe 26, and more! For golfers, Bear Trap Dunes, a top-rated course in Delaware, is a just 5-minute drive. Make this your next travel destination, and inquire today! This worked out perfectly for my family and dogs. Everything was exactly as expected. This property was great for exploring the surrounding area for the first time.

Our stay was really nice here. It was spacious, Clean and very kid friendly. We liked the fact thst there wete many board games, jigsaw puzzles to keep our grandchildren and adults occupied. The house was well equipped withEverything we needed. We liked the screened in front porch too. We spent quite a lot of time sitting there. Thevhouse was very close to the beaches that we go to.
