Bring your kids, your pets, your boat! Enjoy your own 1600 sf home on 1 acre less than 2 miles from the ocean! Private two level back deck with fenced yard! Clean. fun property with quirky features, plenty of parking, bright/beachy décor, lots of outdoor space - perfect for families, small groups or a private getaway!
Enjoy the outdoor tropical bamboo shower, screened in front porch with ceiling fan, private back deck that steps down into fenced-in back yard (dogs can be off leash and hanging out too!), bbq, firepit. Property has ample room for parking including space to bring your boat!
Upstairs features bright, large master bedroom overlooking back yard with cal king bed, tv, second bedroom with twin over full bunk bed; and third bedroom with queen bed & tv.
Downstairs features bathroom with shower and washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances and newly renovated open concept dining room and living room with tv, modular sofa (can arrange to be bed), recliner, and sleeper sofa. There is an additional large room on first floor with mission queen size bedroom set, tv and wardrobe. Off the back deck is a wonderful outdoor tropical shower!
Equipped kitchen includes cookware, glassware, dishes, utensils, pans, basic spices, dish towels, keurig, coffee maker, hot water pot, blender, toaster, microwave. House has variety of board games, books, other toys/games.

This property is fantastic when you have pets and kids with the fenced in back yard! We very much enjoyed our stay. The only issue we ran into was ants in the kitchen. Don’t leave food out and cleanup immediately after cooking so they don’t invade! The street is generally quiet, great for walks with easy access to a gas station and CVS. You are a good distance between Rehobeth and OC, making it the perfect home base for going to all the beaches! Bethany is right up the street, maybe a 5 minute drive. If you have very little children just be advised that the house is older and does creak when walking. If your children are sensitive to sound it may wake them. The deck is great for lounging and eating. Just watch your littles that they don’t take a tumble. A nice fire ring for campfires! If you need fire wood, check out the local store called Hockers. Aisle 6. Overall a great house to stay in. Great location. Just beware the ants! LOL

House was great for our needs. Kitchen had most items we needed. Maybe add a griddle for pancakes. Beds were comfortable. Enjoyed coffee and breakfast on the back deck in the mornings, and dinner in the evenings. Enjoyed seeing the deer family visit in the field in the back.

This rental is very comfortable to stay in because of the relaxed atmosphere and the convenience of having a fenced in dog yard. Excellent communication with the owners.

This property was an ok stay. It was dirty when we arrived, but Tom was very helpful and came back to retouch the areas that needed cleaning. It appears the house doesn't have central AC as it got really hot on the second floor. I was able to bring my dog, and the property is located in a good area.
