With a living room and separate sunroom there is room for everyone in the family to relax. When you enter the home, you are welcomed into the open space that includes the living, dining, and kitchen area. The living room is a comfortable space to enjoy movies or your favorite show on the flat screen TV. If you prefer a brighter space, the sunroom is the perfect spot for you. Grab a book and spend some quiet time alone or sip your morning coffee and enjoy the sunshine. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed for added comfort, while the remaining two bedrooms have a queen bed and pyramid bunk bed. The master bathroom has a stand-up shower, and the hallway bathroom has a tub/shower combo. In the evenings you can gather on the front porch to unwind from the busy beach day and take in the evening breeze. The porch is also a great place to start your summer BBQ. Cook hamburgers or chicken on the grill and lunch is served! The home also has a mobile adjustable desk and chair in the master closet in case you need to catch up on any remote work issues. When you are ready to leave the house put your walking shoes on and explore the community on one of the 7 walking trails. You can also visit the Worcester County Veteran's Memorial Park which is located near the enclosed pool. With 10 tennis courts, 6 platform courts, 12 pickleball courts, basketball courts, skatepark, Robert Trent Jones Championship golf course, and multiple pools the family is sure to stay busy. There is also a beach area located on the bay for launching or renting a kayak or canoe. Pintail Park has a covered gazebo and crabbing pier. White Horse Park of which is the largest developed park within Ocean Pines has lighted basketball courts, 2 shuffle boards, walking trails, picnic tables, the Pine'eer Craft shop, and a Farmer's Market on Saturdays. Additional fees may apply for some community amenities including pools, golf, tennis, etc., please inquire. LINENS AND TOWELS ARE INCLUDED IN FEES. This home is not available for high school/college “Beach Week”. Cancellation fee will apply. Home has one exterior camera next to the front door that monitors the front porch area.
