The Space:
Central to golf courses, the beach, and parks, this two-story home provides Ocean City fun for the whole family. Spend your days on premier greens, with your toes in the sand, or enjoying picnics in the sun and playground entertainment. For a daily fee, you can also access an array of Ocean Pines amenities - a list that includes four outdoor pools, an indoor pool, and tennis courts.
With plenty of indoor and outdoor space to sprawl out, the home invites you to unwind into vacation mode. Cozy up by the gas fireplace in the living area with a good book or flip channels on the TV. The adjacent sun room offers an ideal perch for afternoon chit-chat and cocktails. Step outside to the spacious backyard where a gas grill and wood-burning fire pit await. Sizzle steaks and veggies for dinner, then make s'mores for dessert. Back inside, you can also channel your inner chef in the well-equipped kitchen. The kitchen bar offers seating for two, while the adjacent dining table seats six to meals.
Parking: Four driveway parking spaces are included with this rental.

The Ocean Pines Association charges separate daily, weekly, seasonal, or annual fees for the use of pools, golf, racquet sports, the Beach Club, Beach Club parking, and certain other amenities.
Guests may purchase Beach Club passes through the Ocean Pines Association, which provide access to the Beach Club and its facilities. Beach Club parking is also available for an additional fee, subject to availability. Ocean Pines Beach Club (located on 49th Street and Coastal Highway in Ocean City) and pool passes to the four Ocean Pines community pools and the Ocean Pines Beach Club pool. Pool passes and parking permits are available for purchase through the Ocean Pines Association.
