About this house rental
Freshly updated chalet style home in the desirable Ocean Pines community. This lovely, tree-lined property can accommodate up to 10 people, with an additional bed (full-size crib) for an infant/toddler. This home is located less than five minutes to the Ocean Pines pools, golf course, playgrounds, basketball courts, skate park, Food Lion, restaurants, and the Ocean Downs Casino, and is just twelve minutes to the beach in OCM! The property offers 4 large bedrooms, 2 baths, full kitchen, 2 comfortable living areas, A/C, Wi-Fi, washer/dryer, smart TVs, deck, yard with propane grill, ample off-street parking, board games, and more. Bed sizes include: two queens, one full, two bunk beds (four twin beds), and a full-size crib in the master bedroom. Guests supply their own sheets and pillow cases, bath/dish/beach towels, soap, and paper products. An optional linens package is available for this property upon request and for an additional fee, and linens would be delivered to the home before guests arrive. For more information about the optional linens service, please message the Host. Pay per use Ocean Pines community amenities available to the public include: indoor and outdoor (summer) pools, tennis, and golf. This rental also includes one parking pass for the Ocean Pines Beach Club located between 49th and 50th Streets on Coastal Highway in Ocean City across from Seacrets. Additional free parking is available at the Ocean City Convention Center located at 41st and Coastal Highway. The Beach Club parking pass must be returned to the home before check-out. Ocean Pines also hosts a farmers and craft market every Saturday from 8 AM to 1 PM. At this property, no pets allowed, no smoking/vaping, and no events/unregistered guests. We stayed here with our family while our daughters were playing in a lacrosse tournament. The location was perfect! Very quiet and felt secluded even though we were in a neighborhood. The drive to Assateague for beach time was not bad at all. Even though the weather didn't cooperate the whole time we were always comfortable in the house. There was plenty of space for the 9 of us and plenty of things for everyone to do. The kitchen was well equipped and we made dinner there each night. The grill outside was perfect as well. We would defintely look to stay there again!

I was highly impressed with this booking before we even reached the property as the owner, Amanda, was absolutely wonderful in communicating information we needed to know before arrival and during our stay! She is easily the best VRBO/other rental site homeowner I have ever interacted with!
The home was perfect for our family's needs as we had 6 adults and 3 children (ages 10, 8, and 3). Beds were comfortable, kitchen was stocked, and we loved the books, puzzles, and Super Nintendo in the sunroom! The grill was very appreciated too as we had a cookout one night of our stay. The house is in a great location that is super quiet yet an easy drive from anywhere you want to go. Ample parking available too! I highly recommend this home, and hope to be back in the future!
