Open the front door to this beautiful home and find a welcoming living room, perfect for lounging with your family in. Beyond the living room is the full kitchen with a breakfast bar, stainless steel appliances, and ample meal prep space. Great conversation is guaranteed to spark as the chef in your family whips up their signature dish while chatting with everyone seated around the large dining room table.

The Ocean Pines Association charges separate daily, weekly, seasonal, or annual fees for the use of pools, golf, racquet sports, the Beach Club, Beach Club parking, and certain other amenities.
Guests may purchase Beach Club passes through the Ocean Pines Association, which provide access to the Beach Club and its facilities. Beach Club parking is also available for an additional fee, subject to availability. Ocean Pines Beach Club (located on 49th Street and Coastal Highway in Ocean City) and pool passes to the four Ocean Pines community pools and the Ocean Pines Beach Club pool. Pool passes and parking permits are available for purchase through the Ocean Pines Association.
