About this house rental

2 bedroom 2 bath plus a loft that is located on the bay west of Ocean City, MD. Amenities include fishing pier for crabbing or enjoying the serene views, boat ramp and docking for your boat, jet skis or other watercraft, kayaks, fire pit, corn hole, play area for the kids and more. Ocean Downs casino, Ocean City's beach, boardwalk, restaurants and nightlife, Assateague Island State and National Park, and the town of Berlin are a short drive away

PROS: Location was great, beautiful view, great yard, nice outdoor amenities. If you want a comfortable, clean, new place to lay your head during the night but are doing things outside all day, fantastic spot. Maybe 2 couples or a couple with kids would be the best scenario for this place. Close to major stores, restaurants, golf, etc.. but still felt like you were away from it all. CONS: It was smaller than anticipated. The page lists 3 bedrooms, but only 2. The smaller of the bedrooms includes a loft which requires a steep ladder climb. I assume the loft is considered a bedroom? I imagine kids would love it, but not sure adults would want to do that climb. We did not. The living area is small. We 4 had adults, but the only place to really sit comfortably is a couch that has 3 spots.All in all it I feel its a great place for the right scenario.
