About this house rental
Escape the busy and hurried life in our Ocean Pines home. Nestled among the trees, enjoy your coffee peacefully, sitting on the wrap-around deck. Unwind in our open and bright family room with lots of natural light and huge windows. Equipped with fast WI-FI and lots of other essentials, we know your stay will be easy and relaxing.
It's stocked with everything you need for a family vacation-games, puzzles, books, grilling supplies, kids supplies (pack-n-play, bibs, booster chair), and more!
The space
Our house has three bedrooms. A first-floor and upper-floor bedroom each with a queen bed and an upper-floor bedroom a set of triple bunk beds, and a fourth twin bed. Please note: No adults are allowed in the middle or upper bunks! It's a perfect setup for two families of four to stay.
There is also a desk and computer monitor available for those times that you need to check your email or log into a video meeting.
Other things to note
It's just a short 10-minute drive to Ocean City and Fenwick Island and 20 minutes to Assateague Island and National Seashore beaches too!
The kitchen includes much more than you’ll need to cook while relaxing during your vacation. We have a toaster, crockpot, small fryer, microwave, and much more.
A swingset in the backyard, a basketball hoop in the driveway, kayaks and standup paddle boards are available for use, and so much more!
We’ve also got almost everything you could need for your beach trip: chairs, towels, umbrellas, and beach toys.
Within the community, you can use any of the five pools, tennis courts, yacht club, and golf course for a fee. PLEASE visit oceanpines dot org (www.oceanpines.org) for details about amenities and schedules of activities.
Up to 2 dogs weighing 50lbs or less are welcome in our home. No other animals are allowed without pre-approval by owners.

The house was dirty and it felt like the family that owned the house left for a week to return after we left. Stuff was everywhere, someone's suitcase was upstairs half under the bed with clothes hanging out. There were clothes and personal belongings in the drawers, shower still had soap and shampoo bottles. It should be cleared of all that so we have room for our stuff, it was weird. Fridge has so much crap in it we had hardly any room for stuff. The house was not cleaned between rentals and the cleaning crew came for less than a hour, how can you clean a house that fast? We spent Saturday night cleaning and the better part of Sunday cleaning the outside areas, deck, driveway and front yard area of all the tree debris so it was comfortable for the stay. There was a nice tabletop grill that worked but the grill that had the propane bottle did not work, one burner lit but didn't feel safe to use it to cook food, it's deteriorating and nasty. Shed was a mess, stuff thrown in a pile couldn't walk in there at first had to straighten that up to to see what we could use for the beach. On a good note, great location and nice quiet neighborhood which is what we were looking for.

Property is fully equipped for all vacation needs. Close to everything. Nice quiet neighborhood. Only downside was the yard but living in the 'Pines' I guess that's expected.

This property is both kid- and pet-friendly. Communication with host was great. And the location is great as well, as you are close to Ocean City but far enough to have quiet time after a long day in town and at the beach. Highly recommend.
