About this house rental
Ready for the 2022 Season, renovated in 2016. Need a little R&R or fun? Why not both? This property will give you just that as it is located in a quiet area among the trees in Ocean Pines, but is only 6 miles outside of Ocean City. Payments can be broken up into thirds.
Amenities include:
Just under 1200 sqft of room
- 3 bedrooms (2 rooms have queen sized beds and the 3rd has single over double bunk bed)
- 2 full bathrooms
- Open floor plan concept
- Fully equipped kitchen with 6 table seating
- Washer/Dryer
- Outdoor gas grill (will reimburse for Gas tank with proof if empty on arrival)
200 sqft screened porch on the front of the house. Room to have dinner or breakfast with a seating area.
- 6 Beach chairs/2 umbrellas
- 2 Nearby boat slips
- Cable TV/Internet and Wi-Fi
- 1 Beach Parking permit to the Ocean Pines Beach Club included with rental. You can buy pool passes either at pool location or Ocean Pines administration site for any of the 5 Ocean Pines Pools. The Ocean Pines Beach Club is located on the oceanfront between 49th & 50th street, Ocean City across from Secrets.
Address is 7 Gatehouse Trail, Ocean Pines, Md 21811. Key code to access the house will be emailed once final payment is received.

House was clean and in a great shady area. We enjoyed the screened in patio and location of the house. Grill was clean and usable. Somethings could use updating, but I think it was on point with the cost for the week.

The check-in was very easy for us. The house has everything you need in the kitchen. The lay out of the house is perfect. Our favorite spot was the huge screened in porch

Very clean and organized. All kitchenware imaginable was available. Bathrooms, bedrooms and kitchen were clean and roomy. Screened sunroom was a plus. Would definitely recommend! Family very munched enjoyed our stay. Would definitely rent again!
