We booked a week in July at this rental in Ocean Pines. It was clean and cozy! We had four adults and four kids ages 3-6. Everyone had a great time. There were five pools available. Free parking at 49th st in ocean city. Easy access to a beach club and pool in ocean city.
The town house was walking distance to two pools and a yacht club that had live music most nights.
Highly recommend this rental for a family getaway.

We had a wonderful time staying in Ocean Pines and utilizing the amenities Ocean Pines has to offer. The Yacht Club pool and outside bar / restaurant, both of which are walking distance from the unit ,felt like we were on vacation at an upscale resort. Food, service and FREE LIVE MUSIC were incredible... What a great amenity offered at the Yacht Club..
When deciding to go to the beach the unit comes with a beach pass. Parking is FREE, the restaurant at the beach is also amazing! (You must try the Lobster roll!!) Service was also extremely attentive.. THANK YOU RACHEL (wait staff) and Erin (beach pool admin the day we attended this location) Even Dan and Rob who were working the parking lot couldn't have been nicer and answered any questions we had.. I believe Michelle (the head admin) is doing an incredible job with all of her staff.. Everyone is so happy working at all the locations!!! Thank you Dan (lifeguard) at Mumford pool and beach pool...
Sarah and Neil as hosts couldn't have been nicer! Quick to return any calls and texts to answer any questions.. The kitchen had a great selection of pots and pans as well as utensils and grilling tools! ( Being a chef I did bring my own knives) The cleaning crew also left the place spotless for us to check in…
A friendly reminder.. You are responsible to bring ALL soaps (personal and kitchen), TP & PT..
White plastic garbage bags are provided...

My husband and I came with our 2 teens, elderly mother, and one pooch. It was perfect! The first floor bedroom is huge with a large walk in closet and double vanity bathroom. This was great for my mother in law who couldn’t do the stairs. We all got our own rooms! (with teens this is a must!)
The kitchen was spacious and very clean. We even enjoyed crabs outside on the screened in porch. We spent each day at the beach and were all able to shower without having to wait for one to be done as there are 3 full bathrooms and one half!
Our hosts really thought of everything! From the great dog food bowls, available vacuum, outfront hose for our sandy chairs, and so much more.
Our only complaints which are not a big deal are, the television is only streaming so we couldn’t watch any local shows. And some rooms could use fresh paint. Seems like all the picture and wall art had been removed and the holes or nails left.
We hope to be able to return next year to this home away from home!

We stayed for a week in December with my extended family and our dogs. The space was perfect, exactly what we were looking for. Plenty of room for all of us and each couple had their own bathroom. We even had a dedicated puzzle table, and managed to do 2 of the house puzzles while there. We really enjoyed exploring Ocean Pines on foot. We walked all over the place with the dogs, and checked out a Christmas tree event in the center of town with a bunch of different trees decorated and sponsored by local businesses. We drove over to the Ocean City boardwalk too. It was a great home base for our winter visit, and we look forward to seeing it again in the summer. It's steps away from the yacht club and it would be peaceful there on the water in the warm weather. Surprisingly we made quite a bit of use of the screened porch despite it being December.
