Beautiful Townhouse features 1st Floor Primary Bedroom with full bath, Kitchen with Breakfast Area, half bath, laundry, large family room, with Sun Room. Upstairs features two bedrooms with two full baths and loft. Downstairs features 2nd Family Room with Bedroom and Full Bath. Community Pool, Club House, Basketball/Tennis Court, Playground and view of a natural pond. Located on the East side of Coastal Highway close to bike trail to Lewes and just minutes to the beach, boardwalk and everything in town at Rehoboth Beach. 2 parking spaces provided at the property 2 bikes and 4 beach chairs. (FYI community bike racks are for owner use only - all others may be confiscated).
