This second floor unit located at Dolphin Court Condominiums is perfect for a couple or family with 1 or 2 small children, and has all the essentials for your beach vacation. The living/dining area has a full size futon, flat screen tv, small dining table for two and an efficiency kitchen equipped with a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker and 2 burner stove top. In the bedroom you will find a full bed, flat screen tv and tall wardrobe cabinet. Through the bedroom is the full bath.
There is a coin operated laundry facility for the condo, 2 beach chairs, and an outdoor open shower.
No Senior/Prom groups. No Pets. No Smoking
Linens and towels not included.
This property is for families and mature renters only due to local ordinances regarding parking and noise.
Guests are required to provide id and sign a lease agreement.

Great location, easy access to Broadwalk restaurants and 9th Avenue for bridge access. I thought it would be noisy, but it wasn’t the place was small but we knew that going in. Great having a designated parking space. The outside balcony was a nice extra space to have breakfast at. I do wish it had some spice, like salt and pepper or laundry detergent but I just picked some up at CVS. Over all we had a great time.
