In the heart of downtown OC with pool and designated off-street parking! Short walk to the Beach/Boardwalk and downtown with over 100 unique shops, restaurants, galleries and grocery store. This unit, a 1st floor studio with keyless entry -- one queen-sized bed and one queen-sized futon, galley style kitchen, dining area, and living space -- sleeps 4. Parking for small/medium-sized vehicle. Cable and wifi included! Upper sun deck, and a grill located in the pool area! Pool opens Memorial Day (subject to change). Card-op laundry room and ice machine on the premise. All kitchen accessories available -- pots/pans/dishes/cups/glasses/utensils. Note: queen sheet sets, towels, and toiletries NOT included; Address: 900 Wesley Ave, Ocean City, NJ — Important: The condo association has a strict no smoking/vaping rule on condo complex premise and in unit to avoid setting off the fire alarm throughout the complex.

We had such a wonderful time staying at 900 Wesley! The room was adorable, very comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing beach vacation. We loved being so close to the beach and within walking distance of so many great places. The owner was incredibly responsive and made everything easy from start to finish. We truly enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to come back. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Ocean City

Staci M. was a get host. She had great communication and follow-up. The check-in was easy and we arrived to a very clean room. The space was comfortable and stocked with everything we needed to have a great vacation in OCNJ. The location is great with easy walking to the boardwalk/beach and downtown. The on-site pool was very nice and clean. It was great having on-site parking, but I would advise a bringing smaller vehicle if you plan on staying at Sun Beach/900 Wesley. The parking lot/spaces are tight.My family of 4 was very happy with this Vrbo unit and will certainly consider using again in the future.

Stayed with my young niece, sister, and mom for a few nights girls getaway. It was a tight squeeze but doable. Could not have been happier. The pool temp was perfect and you could tell well cared for. The location for the boardwalk was ideal. For the price it couldn't be beat. Thank you for hosting us!!!
