This property is located in Ocean City, New Jersey, one of the country's finest year round resort cities named 'America's greatest family resort'. Located along the South Jersey Atlantic shore, Ocean City boasts 8 miles of beautiful beaches. There are 2.5 miles of Boardwalk area for strolling or morning bike riding with long-established favorites including Shriver's, Gillian's Wonderland Pier, Playland's Castaway Cove, Manco and Manco Pizza, Johnson's Popcorn and many unique specialty shops. Also Included Is the famous Music Pier, an entertainment venue, which hosts concerts and other events throughout the summer. The downtown area offers great shopping and fine dining establishments. Water sports, fishing charters and boat rentals are available in the bayfront area. The specific features of Santa Barbara South include swimming pool, assigned on–site parking, elevator, private balconies off each unit, on–site coin operated laundry, one bedroom unit with full kitchen and living room with pull out sofa. Unfortunately the condo was not clean., bathroom had dirty shower.. floor .. toilet … outside on balcony table full of dirt. Really disappointed.

The location of this property is excellent with easy beach/boardwalk access - also conveniently, located across the street from relatives in another flat. Our second year here. The common areas of the complex have been painted and refreshed. Smell of what I think is disinfectant near the elevators was unpleasant. Similar smell in the unit bathroom. Unit could use deep cleaning, including sofa cushions and bedspread. But, overall, location trumped other factors.
