This cozy, pet friendly 4 bedroom, 2 bath pet friendly condo located in the heart of downtown Ocean City, NJ, just 2.5 blocks from the beach & boardwalk. 1236 Asbury Ave. is on Ocean City's finest shopping block. On Tuesday and Thursday, don't miss Family Day, just a few blocks north. The deck is huge, perfect for barbecues and laying out and is also half covered, in case the sun is too much. The kitchen/living room has all the amenities needed for a relaxing, convenient getaway at the Jersey shore. A large flat screen awaits you in the living room and in the two queen bedrooms, 22 inch flat screens on the walls. Hardwood flooring throughout with ceramic tile in kitchen and bathrooms. Outdoor shower. Convenience stores are within walking distance.

This house worked out for our family as a place to sleep, as we had another house as well where we could spend most of our time. The house itself is fine, I don’t see how it could fit more than 10 people max, but for a small group it does the job. The owner responded very quickly to an issue we had with the outdoor shower, which was appreciated. That said, there are a few issues with the house: both indoor showers are moldy, the outdoor shower is broken and is now just a hose, there is dust everywhere, and the beds are not comfortable. There is a nice large porch, but the floor is soft and broken in a few places, and there are a lot of stairs inside which is hard to tell from the pictures.
As mentioned it worked fine for us as our second, smaller house, and the location is great, but just know that the quality will be a bit lower than the average shore house.
