We have rented this place before for our friends birthday party. host is always very good with communication. unfortunately this time around we found multiple alive and dead roaches in the home so that was a little gross

It was not made clear in the listing that this property is a trailer. The pictures don't reflect it accurately. It was difficult to keep cool and was noisy all the time from the multiple window units. There was no ventilation in the kitchen, other than to open the door, which is rotting and you can see outside around its edges. The drawer fronts were all coming off, and there were broken shelves in the fridge and freezer. The floor was sinking in multiple places. The bathroom window in the master is broken. The walls are peeling in several places and the switch plates don't touch the walls, but are heavily siliconed into place, which doesn't seem very safe. Overall though, it was fairly clean, and our stay was not uncomfortable, for the price.
