This is a duplex house with fence and a grill in the safe area
only less 2 miles from Navarre Beach. This will become your home away from home. All the advantages of having your place to rest and relax. • Bedroom # 2-2 full beds with a TV with full bathroom
• Bedroom # 3 - 2 queen beds with full bathroom with TV.

Throughout the 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathroom comfy beds await you at the end of eventful days, sleeping a total of 12 people Guests will have access to all areas of the property other than locked garage for supplies, etc.
PARKING NOTES: Circular private driveway (6
Vehicles Max). No Garage or Street Parking Navarre beach peri is Longest Fishing Pier.
Other things to note
POLICIES -- Absolutely No smoking inside the house $500 fine plus actual remediation costs for smoking inside. In either case your stay will be cancelled, and you will have to leave the property immediately.
Please respect quiet hours from 10pm -7aml Please note that for your security and the security of the property there are cameras outside monitoring the driveway, and the front door. Also, the private backyard is fully fenced, providing peace of mind with kids. steps/stairs present an inherent danger.

It is a great place to stay. You are very close to the beach. A lot of eating places close and if you want to eat at home there is a Winn Dixie very close. They have plenty of room for your stay. Great place for your dog to be outside for a small dog. The road in front of the house is little to busy to let kids ride there bikes down. But you can go little way and there are other streets they can. A lot of parking space which was great. We could park 6 vehicles on our part and then other duplex could do the same. I will see about staying there when I go back.

We had a great stay here! Very clean, close to the beach and other amenities. The response time by the owners was very fast and very accommodating. Would definitely stay here again!
