Spacious Fort Walton Beach Home ~ 2 Mi to Beach!

I like the location of the property.

I did not like that. This is a false advertisement! The booking shows that it is for the entire house. We are to have four bedrooms with queen size beds, and one bedroom with a set of bunkbeds with a pullout bed. It was supposed to also have three bathrooms. We arrived and met our friends at their condo. After driving all day my spouse went to the house with some of the other people in our party. My wife decided to lay down due to the fact she drove after working a 17 hour shift. She didn’t have time to read a rulebook and went to bed in the back bedroom. I arrive to only find out that there is not only a book of rules that contradicts what the actual listing shows it also is having us take out trash that was left from the last people that rented it! Which I am only assuming that the people that rented it before me did not see the rulebook stating the trash must go out on Monday and Thursdays. The trash was so full that it actually had bags sitting next to it that I’ve been there for I don’t know how long! The book also says do not use the back bedroom that actually had the nice bathroom. So now we have 5 adults trying to use one bathroom right next to the bedrooms and you could hear everything. Luckily the other two adults got to use a private bathroom. A lot of places I’ve stayed there’s usually maybe coffee pods or bathroom stuff this house. The only nice stuff was in the back bedroom that they didn’t want you to use! Which was already used once because nobody has time to read it book thinking that they’re not gonna be able to use one of the rooms that they actually thought they were renting because that was in the actual listing. To top it off there were zero remote controls in the house for every single TV. We were beyond annoyed with the false listing. I would honestly not rent this place ever again.
