Summary:
You'll love the view from the waterfront balcony as the manatees and dolphins pass through "The Narrows" of the Intercoastal Waterway. The mangrove preserve across the water provides excellent opportunities to bird and wildlife watch. Take advantage of the included boat slips or cast a line from the 300 ft seawall. It's just a short walk across the street to the powder white sand beach. Don't miss a chance to stay at this great location!
The Space:
This is a 525 sq ft unit that is subdivided by walls. There is a separate bedroom with a door and the second bed is located in the corner of the living room. There is a fully stocked galley kitchen. The bathroom has a tub and stand up shower. The front balcony provides views of Intercoastal Waterway. The back balcony faces the parking lot and is shared with the unit next door. The space is set up to be a comfortable home base for all your beach adventures!

Public beach trolley has a stop right in front of our building going either direction. For $1, you can get to any of the other beach communities. Uber and Lyft are also plentiful.
