The Space:
This unit was not damaged during the hurricanes. However, The lower level units and the pool did sustain damages. Pool and lower unit repairs are underway. Construction activites should be expected during working hours. Ask about local discounts for displaced residents and contractors discounts.
This is a small studio apartment. Approximately 325 sq ft. The unit is clean and comfortable with recent painting and some new furniture. Although the interior may be small, it is perfect for a couples retreat or small family getaway.

Perfect location! It may be small but it’s perfect with so many thoughtful details. The ceiling fan remote went bad. Before contacting property manager we checked the drawer there was a replacement!
Very clean with all kitchen supplies even a blender.
Everything you need for a beach day. Big cooler, little cooler, chairs etc. We will keep this property on our list to go back! Thank you Scott!
