Inside, the open floor plan boasts a spacious living area featuring two full-size couches and tasteful, stylish upscale furnishings. The fully equipped cheerful kitchen has all major appliances and the dining area has enough space for six. The main suite hosts a king bed and an en suite full bathroom while the guest bedroom has two double beds.
Indian Shores is a quiet beach community just south of Indian Rocks Beach that is popular with everyone from snowbirds to seabirds. It is laden with Florida charm and fiery sunsets and its assortment of shops and restaurants help visitors feel right at home. Just 19 blocks long, it is known for its friendly atmosphere, panoramic beaches, great seafood, and tropical wildlife. It is home to the Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary, one of the largest nonprofit bird hospitals in the US, and the fun-filled Splash Harbour Water Park.
Things to Know
From January 2nd - around January 12th, direct access to the beach from the building will be unavailable during daytime working hours. Direct beach access will be available before and after daytime working hours. During daytime working hours, beach access is still available south of the nearby seabird sanctuary.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This was one of the best condo's I have ever rented. It was large, beautiful, well equipped and right on the beach. Great pool and grounds. The staff at Vacasa were super friendly and helpful. I stayed there with my sons and grandsons and had a fantastic experience. Great location, 35 minutes from the airport, close to many bars and restaurants. We will be going back to this condo again next year.
