FULLY RENOVATED, Be one of our first to visit our newly remodels condo! Come stay with us today! Direct beach access and renter parking spots onsite! We looked for 2 years before buying our beloved beach condo that we fully renovated in 2021 including new furniture. It's in the best location for relaxation, transportation, food loving, and fun seeking! You can't go wrong renting with us. We are young locals (that are old at soul) that love the space and are happy to share it with you! Our condo features 1 king bed and a trundle bed with 2 twin mattresses. It does not have a ocean front balcony, but has plenty of common space available w/ tables and umbrellas Gulf of Mexico facing. Just to be clear our unit is not ocean facing, but the building is built directly on the beach, and we have a view from our unit on the Intercostal waterway. We are on the 2nd floor which is great because it is steps away from the pool as well as the entrance to the private beach access! My kids don't wear shoes when we visit. Our condo owns the beach in front of it which has a ton of space, and there is no local beach grass in front, which most have in this area... The washer and dryer are just below our unit 1.75 per wash and dry (so our unit is always quiet!). Speaking of kids....this area is super safe, and without a balcony our unit is super ideal for the grandparents that want to host their grandchildren. The beach bus stop is just outside, and comes every 30 minutes with routes up and down the beach to Clearwater and Saint John’s Pass in 20 mins.. I take it often. They offer daily and weekly passes super cheap. If you have any questions, we are happy to answer. We love our place and live nearby if anything major comes up!

We stayed for the month of March 2025 and this unit is in a perfect location. The condo complex is on the Gulf and across from the Intercoastal, with no obstructed view. The unit is spacious, modern and very bright with windows on 3 sides. It has all the amenities you need for a home away from home. As mentioned, it does not have it’s own balcony but there is one right outside the unit with tables, chairs and an umbrella. It faces the Intercoastal, not the ocean. The complex is on the beach and the 2nd floor made it very easy to access. There is a deck along the whole back side of the building facing the ocean and it has some community chairs. The unit also has 3 beach chairs, a beach cart, cabana and plenty of beach towels. The beach was amazing, and you can walk for miles. The pool is in the front and nicely heated to 84 degrees. The laundry room is underneath the unit and was never busy as many units have their own. The owner was very responsive to our very minor needs and quickly answered any questions before and during our stay. There is a trolley stop at the building and across the street. The inexpensive trolley goes from Clearwater to St. Pete’s and we used it often as there are so many restaurants, bars and shops. You send a text and put in the trolley stop number and it tells you how long the trolley will take to get to your stop. If you don’t mind walking, there are several places within a half mile. We would highly recommend a stay here!!

The unit was clean, neat and modern. Lots of natural light during the day and plenty of lights for use in the evening. The kitchen is great! TV service was very good. Although there is no direct view of the ocean or balcony from within the apartment, their was plenty of common space (tables, seating) outside which we used often. The pool is open until 10 pm and is delightfully warm.
The laundry room was never busy. And, of course, the beach was outstanding.
