- This is the lower level / ADU of a home. It requires taking 30 steps to access the unit.
- This property has 3 units on it but each has private entrance and interaction is very limited. You have your own private deck and the beach is shared with other renters but often empty :)
- Includes one off street parking space
* Property rules *
- Beach and kayak access requires signing indemnity form
- Full legal names of all guests required upon booking reservation
- 30 day minimum and maximum stays. If you want more than 30 days we will need to do separate requests

- Unit is undergoing renovations and getting some upgrades to be completed by May. Pictures do not yet reflect the latest.
- New to VRBO after doing mainly long term rentals and some Airbnbs
- Available May - August then again in October. Open to long term starting in October.
