The location was perfect for our needs. Parking was not a problem. It was quiet, we slept well. The apartment is well stocked; we found everything we needed.
There were only two issues. 1. The box next to the TV gets very noisy to the point of needing to turn up the volume on the TV. It sounds like a fan is going out. 2. One of the windows in the kitchen does not lock, leaving the place vulnerable to intruders. Simply providing a stick like the one in the window next to the door would suffice.

If you're looking to stay in Ballard, this is a great location.
These accommodations are a bit tired, and the pictures present (obviously) better than the actual space. It's urban living and you will hear the neighbours upstairs, they are not light on their feet let's say.
