Clean, spacious and well appointed. Easily sleep 6. Really comfortable beds. A lovely quiet suburban area. Appreciated the tea/coffee facilities and toiletries. Less than 2 miles from cruiseship terminal. Great fews from rooftop terrace and master bedroom.
We didn't use the hot tub as the water was murky and very strong chlorine. Constructive criticism which didn't impact our stay or how lovely the home is. A few of the dining room chairs could do with refurbishing. Also missed have a sponge/dish cloth and surface cleaner spray. Great stay

Great location, great host, very clean with the exception of downstairs cat hair and smell of cat piss.
Downstairs has carpet and had a very bed smell of cat piss. Would have been nice if the printer was a bluetooth. Lots of the stairs lights bulbs were out making it dangerous at night.

The house was beautiful. We really liked the open kitchen and family room area. There was enough space for our group of six to sit and talk.
The bedrooms were on the first and third floors. It resulted in a lot of stair-climbing for our group of sixty-somethings, some of us with bad knees. We didn't use the hot tub because we were told we would need to read the online manual and test the ph levels and add chemicals before and after using it. If the ph levels were incorrect we would be charged an extra fee. We did not want to deal with the inconvenience.
