It was easy to access and comfortable to hang out in the living room/dining room. The spices and basic food supplies in the kitchen were very much appreciated. Having rented on Cape Cod, the lack of 1 hour of work to check out was very much appreciated. The landlord was responsive when we had a minor issue. It was easy to drive to touristy places - about 20-30 minutes. The fireplace was nice and the AC was also appreciated. The closet space in the downstairs bedroom was really excellent.

Property worked well for the family. The host was very responsive to all my questions. The stairs to the 3rd floor bedroom is a little funky but we were able to re arrange who stayed in what bedroom. The kitchen was well stocked. The living/dining area was a great size. Best of all was the location. Easy getting around to all our activities.

The place was clean and nicely decorated. We felt safe as the neighborhood was nice and quiet. Having a garage to park in was a big plus since it rained almost all the days we were there. I loved that the kitchen was fully stocked with spices and cooking utensils, although some of the non-stick pans were pretty scratched up. The bedding was very comfortable . Note that The loft was attached to the master bedroom, so to access the loft you would need to go through the master bedroom. We were glad we stayed here away from the hustle and bustle area of the city. The place is peaceful and is a short drive to the market and eateries. We also appreciate that the Host was very responsive..

We were a group of 6 older adults who needed a place to base for our visit to Seattle. This location was perfect for us. The rooms were clean, the space was good for our nightly gathering and planning, and we liked having a garage for our rental car. We also enjoyed some Karaoke that was just a block away! FUN TIME!

The property had plenty of space for our family of 5 and was in a great location for our adventures in Seattle. The parking situation was very convenient for a city stay so that was very appreciated. Three old guys and myself stayed here to watch basketball games in the first round of the NCAA basketball tournament, and reunite. The bedrooms were big with comfortable beds, and the showers and bathrooms were excellent. The location was wonderful with the Climate Pledge Arena a quick 10 minute care ride away. It was a great neighborhood location with plenty of great restaurants (Chinook’s is a MUST!) and bars and coffeehouses less than five minutes away by car. Easy parking for two vehicles. Andrew, the host, was responsive and courteous. No concerns, thanks for the terrific stay!!

House was fine, location ok, clean enough (sheets, kitchen yes, rugs less so), some confusion about the beds from the listing as the app for VRBO says there are twin beds in the master and the loft, but in the “more details” it says blow-up twin mattresses on request- so read carefully if you have a big group that doesn’t like to share beds. Owner addressed it quickly and brought over a set of sheets, but wouldn’t book again for this group as no one likes a blow-up mattress.

We greatly enjoyed staying at this property in Seattle. The property itself is accurately represented in the VRBO listing. We were there during a record heat wave, and we could see that the owner had just installed portable cooler units in the house prior to our arrival. It was still pretty warm for the first couple of days, but again we saw that the owner worked hard to see us through the heat, and the heat wasn't his fault. Our only gripe was a lack of hot water: while the house slept 7 comfortably, six of us had chilly showers. The instruction sheet listed what to do if we ran out of cold water -- something you don't want to see on a VRBO instruction sheet!! But after following the instructions the hot water situation improved somewhat. We enjoyed this property, its location to where we needed to be, and especially its proximity and short walk to local pubs. A good spot overall.

Our daughter from Seattle got married and our family came from all over the country. Even though the townhouse wasn’t huge, we had plenty of space with 4 bedrooms and 4 baths on 3 different levels. It suited our needs well. There was ample parking, which can be an issue in Seattle. Would definitely recommend this property for large family groups. We had a total of 9 persons from 4 different families. The home was clean.

The ad was a little misleading as we thought there was 2 beds in 2 of the rooms but was a blow up mattress and mattress under the bed. Was in a nice quiet location.

This house worked great for our family of 6! I appreciated that it was well stocked with shampoo/conditioner and body wash and seasonings and coffee in the kitchen. When we needed extra towels, Andrew brought them right over. The beds were very comfortable. It was clean, but a little worn in some areas. The location made for easy access to several areas of Seattle. Overall, an enjoyable stay at this townhouse!

Booked this roomy townhome for my bridesmaids and I to get ready at for my wedding. Clean bedrooms, and plenty of bathrooms (very important for lots of girls)! Andrew was very accommodating and allowed our hair & makeup artist, photographer, videographer to be on site. When a bridesmaids lost some personal items, Andrew was quick to reply and assist. Only drawback was there were a few gnats upon arrival (likely from the weather)... and we could not control the temperature of the home. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay!

The home was nice but some of the carpets were in need of cleaning. The hot water heater switch must have flipped off and we didn't know it until the following morning when we did not have any hot water to shower with. Our grandson was sleeping up in the loft area where the equipment is in the closet, and he was able to tell us he heard something click before he went to bed. We looked and were able to see the switch and flip it back on and we had hot water shortly after. that. The property owner was very accommodating and nice to deal with. Traveling with 8 teenagers and 2 adults - this spot let us all spread out comfortably and then gather when we all wanted to be together. Everything about the spot is convenient - location, parking, trash disposal. Clean and tidy... one small thing to be aware of: the twin bed is a roll away cot that we found later in the garage. A double mattress was found under the king size bed. Once we found everything we all had a comfy place to sleep. Would recommend to any group or family!

Our family of 9 included 2 grandparents, 4 adult children, and 3 adult grandchildren. This home was a wonderful location from which to introduce the grandchildren to Washington state, which they had never before visited. Andrew came to the house and gave us excellent recommendations about how to see the Seattle areas we wanted to highlight. The house was well equipped for our needs. The one difficulty we had was that we visited during the Northwest heat wave and the house had no AC, only fans in each room. The fans were not sufficient to keep us cool, and we often work up in a pool of sweat. I understand that most Seattle homes do not have AC.

The house is roomy with lots of closet space. The house is stocked with all the utility items that are needed everyday. There is a covered garage and a drive way for the second car. The house is close to Discovery park with beautiful hikes. It is also close to downtown with approximately 9 minute car ride. The host stopped by on the first day and gave us recommendations for places to visit and the best restaurants loved by the locals. We tried them out and they were excellent choices. Over all, it was a great stay!

Five of us vacationed in Seattle to explore the city for a week and this property was perfect. The house is centrally located for everything you would want to do in Seattle. We went north to Boeing and Ballard several times. We went downtown almost every day. We explored the neighborhood - Discovery Park, Fisherman's Terminal, and Ballard Locks. Everything was easily accessible. Andrew met us the first day and gave us recommendations for things to do and places to eat. We tried many of his excellent recommendations. He was very helpful. The house was comfortable, very clean, and well stocked. The garage and loft above the Master bedroom were welcome extra amenities. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it!
