BOIS DE LA CHAISE - Close to Souzeaux and Anse Rouge beaches (500m), 2200m from shops. This recently built, high-end, two-story contemporary villa (2017) sits on 3000m² of enclosed garden with a wooded area. Beautiful landscaping. 200m² of living space for 8 people.
GROUND FLOOR: A welcoming entrance hall - A spacious living area with a fully equipped kitchen, wine cellar under a large central island - A large separate lounge with numerous sofas and an insert fireplace (wood provided) - A master suite opening onto a terrace with a 160 x 200cm bed, an office with an en-suite bathroom featuring double sinks, a bathtub/shower, a towel warmer, and a separate Japanese toilet - A Japanese toilet and a large, fully equipped laundry room opening onto a covered patio - Amenities: Washing machine - Dryer - Dishwasher - Flat-screen TV - Oven and microwave - Induction hob - 3 hairdryers - TV, Wi-Fi access. UPSTAIRS: Two bedrooms, each with two single beds (80cm), wardrobes, a desk, and beautiful windows overlooking the garden. Large covered area, bicycle storage, and a barbecue. Automated lawnmower (no disturbance or noise during mowing). Pets not allowed. Optional cleaning service: €215.

On the island of Noirmoutier, you can go at low tide to the Gois passage. Fish for clams and cockles. Taste all the seafood, fish and the famous new potato, the "Bonnotte" depending on the season. Several pine and holm oak forests are located in 3 places on the island by the sea. In Barbâtre and La Guérinière, pine forests and the holm oak forest in the north of the island, Plage des Dames, at Bois de la Chaize.
Enjoy the Aquatic Park with your family. You can also relax on our beautiful sandy beaches, take long bike rides on our many cycle paths. And, if you want to get off the island and spend a day in one of the big cities in France, Nantes is 1 hour away.
And, the African Safari is on the road to Nantes.
