Incompetent management company that gave us the wrong key pin and then wasn’t contactable until the next day. Had to get

The property was nice and clean, nice view. But….

We arrived late at 8:00 PM, but the PIN they provided was wrong, and we couldn’t open the key box. We messaged them via WhatsApp and called the contact number repeatedly—each time, after waiting 15 minutes, the call would cut out. With no way to reach anyone, we were forced to search for alternate accommodation late at night. The next day, we finally spoke to someone and received the correct code. We requested a refund for that first night, followed their refund process, but received no response. We even contacted Booking.com, but again—no resolution. The property is managed by Wonderful Italy, a company based in Milan that clearly has no interest in taking responsibility. This entire experience has been incredibly frustrating.
