Location. The room was nicely designed but a bit small. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Affordable room rate.
Lift available from the first floor and above. No lift available from the ground floor. I need to walk up the stairs with all my luggage going to the lobby on the first floor during check in. Also I need to carry my luggage going down to the ground floor level after check out. However it's good for exercise.

The staff was very helpful & courtesy..the location very convenience & the room I got was very comfortable & clean although its a no window room but its very cosy..I would like to stay there again in future. Thank you.
