The stay was pleasant, the staff was helpful, room was decent, clean-I won't say spotless, but clean. No sound or insects. Location is close to amenities and alor food street. Front desk from 7 am to 11 pm.

This is very clearly a budget hotel. Stayed for 2 nights while on a biz trip, here’s a brief rundown of the facility. First off, the rooms are very cramped. A single bed and an attached bathroom with barely any space to walk. Cleanliness was acceptable, but the bedsheets and pillowcases have stains on them. The towel also smelt funny. Other than a tube of bath wash and shampoo, no other toiletries are provided. Although the location is very convenient, right by Alor Food Street and Bukit Bintang, the sleep quality is very low. The streets are busy all night and you will be able to hear the noise. There was even a fight just beside the hotel on one of the nights I was there. As the bed is located right next to the door, all night you can hear other patrons coming and going. I would say that this is not a suitable hotel for business travellers who value their sleep. In addition, I would not recommend this hotel for families with young children as well. During the day, the street is relatively peaceful. Once night falls, the street outside is lined with freelance sex workers standing around looking for johns, seedy-looking pimps standing around and scammers trying to push some dodgy scheme onto the next gullible person. If you are just looking for a cheap budget-friendly hotel and none of the above bothers you, this hotel does meet the basic requirements, AC, an attached bathroom, kettle, fridge, etc.
