    The bathroom was completely open at the top, which is unhygienic and not suitable for guests. The bathroom drainage was also very poor, with water not draining properly. The hotel is located in an old apartment building with very poor lift facilities. The lift doors close suddenly without warning, which is a serious safety concern for guests. The air conditioner was not functioning properly and emitted a very unpleasant smell throughout the room. When we requested a room change, the management refused to provide an alternative room. Additionally, we arrived early at around 10:00 AM and were charged an extra RM 60 for early check-in, which we found unreasonable given the poor condition of the room. We did not feel safe staying at this hotel at night due to suspicious activities observed on the other floors. As a result, we decided to check out and book alternative accommodation through Trip.com. Overall, this hotel does not meet basic standards of hygiene, safety, and hospitality. We strongly advise other travellers to avoid this property.

    1 je yg okay “aircorn” aircorn function sejuk sgt tapiii part bilik tu..dalam apps bilik semua cantik katil ok semua ok tapi bila dah sampai bilik macam tah pape , katil mendap ada habuk2 , bantal macam bertahun tak tukar nipis mcm papan , selimut asal ada je dia bagi , tuala hitam , tandas tak boleh kunci , bilik tak kedap org bilik sebelah/depan berbisik pun bole dengar dengan jelas ye tak bole nk tido dengan tenang nak ke hotel dari night market agak susah cari jalan masuk.. bila dah jumpa tak bole nak masuk pagar kena ada org lain yang ada card acses baru bole masuk , guard kat dalam tu tak function tak tolong buka pintu pagar tu pun , pastu lobi tingkat 3 nak naik lift tapi lift bebal tiba2 gi paling atas trpaksa naik tangga , kalau nak kad acsess kena depo rm50 .

    I was very disappointed with my stay. The room was not clean and had an unpleasant smell upon arrival. The photos shown on Agoda were very different from the actual room provided, which felt misleading. Due to the poor condition of the room, I decided to check out within just a few minutes of arriving. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet even basic expectations. I would not recommend this property to other travelers.
