    First surprisingly when come to the hotel because we must go upstairs with many suitcases. But we happy because there is a nice staff that help us to bring out suitcases go upstairs until the lobby. After that there is lift to our room.

    SS Grey Hotel and it's sister properties SS Grey Inn etc, are more suitable for solo travellers, not someone with family. Because along Jalan Bukit Bintang there are live band perfomances daily. The noise can be heard from your room. They will stop around midnight. SS Grey more suitable for people who want to eat nearby and then have drinks at Changkat Bukit Bintang. By the time you return to the room, the live bands stop. For us, it's a good room.

    No wifi connection.. the bath room is too smelly 😩.. maybe cause of the drainage hole..at night it's hard to sleep.. to noisy from the motorbike
