The entrance was very dirty,cobwebs & the stairs were not clean. The kitchen was grubby, the floor was sticky& the worktops were not clean. The crockery needed a good clean and all very disappointing . From the road the front entrance is in very bad disrepair and not welcoming at all. Couldn’t watch any tv as no signal. Says there’s Netflix on information but could not access it as don’t have an account so was stuck with YouTube and as OAP’s no good to us..
