Size and quiet area.
Beds a bit old, heaters worked but it was very cold when we got there. No parking near the cabins but wasn't far from car park

Nice chalet on a pleasant park in Oulton Broad near the broads, comfortable & all facilities on hand.
Back door was Stuck & beginning to rot, difficult to open/close. A rose bush was hanging over the path, overgrown and was cut on the thorns.

Roomy and quiet
The decking could have been cleaner. The gate latch was broken. Some of the draws were falling apart.

Location. We have stayed in many chalets on Broadlands.
The property is very tired and was not well cleaned. Lots of cobwebs and no cleaning tools, like vacuum or brush and dustpan to sweep up!
The cushions on the sofas were disgusting. Dirty, plucked and broken zips.
The shower was very weak.
There was no hot water on arrival. We had to wait for the immersion heater to heat the water and had to boost it regularly to keep hot water throughout our stay.
We were told there was no WiFi but the signal for phone and 4g or 5g was non existent. We had to go out to get signals.
