A good suitable caravan for a family to stay in with everything provided, except linen, but this is stated when booking. A quiet holiday resort, lovely sandy beaches in walking distance. Not a great deal of entertainment for teenage children, but if a beach is required for a young child it's perfect. Would recommend to anyone who doesn't want a lot of tourists. Our first time staying in a caravan, would definitely book again. Very enjoyable holiday

The property is basic and a bit tired. Cold in winter, suggest bringing extra heating. Beds particularly basic.
Not much to do around Lowestoft.
Probably ok for economic family summer stays.
Not complaining but not suitable for us.
