The property was clean and well-equipped. There was plenty of storage. Very close to Oulton Broad railway station. The heating was efficient.
The instructions for the immersion heating were on the floor and rather dusty and the controls positioned awkwardly behind the pipe work. Unfortunately it was very windy during our stay and there was a strong draught through the front door.

Good size. Everything you need is there.
Hot water too complicated. Damp smell when you go in, I think it’s from the cupboard where the mop is. Bushes outside too over grown. Can’t see anything when sitting outside. Mattress a bit hard.

Clean. Not too small. Good kitchen.
No cafetière. Limit on hot water, need to put immersion heater on. Not clear instructions. Semi detached.
