The location is amazing! The apartment is cozy and super comfortable! Spacious and clean

The only issue is the shower, the shower gets completely wet and there’s no place for the water to drain. Also, unfortunately on our last day there was some work being done in the apartment upstairs with a drill that woke up us with a loud noise in the bathroom.

Excellent location, super comfortable beds, very nice cot for the baby/toddler. Place has a very decent size (not minimal as many accomodations downtown) and is extremely conveniently located. Spotless clean!

No dissapointments, just a small tip: I prefer to pay a couple of extra euros and not have to worry about purchasing toilet paper. We only stayed for 4 nights so it was a bit annoying to have to purchase extra rolls (not because of the money, you just do not want to worry about those things). As I said, a minimal thing that did not affect our stay, just a tip for improving guest experience!

Upon arrival I had an issue and needed some help, I called the contact number but the person on the phone told me that he wasn’t on duty and that he couldn’t help. Bad start and not what I expect. He said someone would call me but Nobody called back after that. I had to managed by myself. We found the keybox wild open when we arrived. A little unsafe feeling but the flat was in order. The place is very very noisy, you can hear people like if they were inside the house. And no curtain on the window. So as the property is directly on the street that means you have no privacy, we had to keep the shutters closed all the time.
