The flat is well appointed and a good size for 1-2 people. Air con works well. The location is excellent and the neighbourhood felt safe, with lots of great options for sightseeing and dining.
The lift (elevator) was out of service which meant climbing a lot of stairs to get to the rooftop. The hot water ran out fairly quickly if two people had long(ish) showers.

The location was fantastic! It’s close to the Acropolis, and it was a great way to escape the heat to somewhere that is cooler (basement and strong AC). The hosts were responsive and gracious (knew we were coming in the heat wave and turned on the AC for us)! The rooftop has a fantastic view of the Acropolis. The full fridge and freezer was also very nice!

So close to everything. The view of the Acropolis from the rooftop was incredible.
We did have an issue with the key fob not working but was sorted immediately

Situated in Plaka, we could reach most of Athen‘s important historic sites by foot. The spacious kitchen with necessary equipment and a washing machine was very convenient. Shower room with toilet is a bit small but it has a window so that it can be kept fresh. The staff was easy to communicate, reliable and considerate. We really enjoyed staying here!
It’s a basement apartment. I booked the apartment without realizing it. During our one week stay here in June, however, it cooled us down very well after a long day of walking around in the sun.
