New Relaxed Central Apartment Walk Everywhere

La localización es buena, muy cerca de la acrópolis y al lado del arco de Adriano. El aire acondicionado y electrodomésticos funcionan bien. El personal atento y agradable.

Olor a humedad, alguna cucaracha el primer dia y ruido de la circulación sobre todo por la noche, aunque han intentado solucionarlo cambiando las puertas de acceso a la terraza. Y algo que no entiendo es porque no ponen aunque sea una cortina en la ducha, hay que ducharse con sumo cuidado para no dejar todo el baño hecho un cristo.

Great location, can walk everywhere with restaurants and supermarkets nearby, has everything you need, fully equipped kitchen, we enjoyed our stay here and would stay again, very easy check-in and transfer from airport.

They had a water leak and on a hot/humid day the master bedroom smelt like mould. The floor in the master bedroom is wooden parquetry flooring and the water damage has created a small wave at the bedroom door so you can't close the door and a larger one at the end of the bed. The larger one is a safety trip hazard. The apartment has low water pressure and the shower head has a leak as well as being old. The owner needs to install a low water pressure head. The apartment was pretty clean but you could tell it wasn't vacuumed regularly and the shower hadn't had a decent clean in a while.

Great central location, helpful and friendly staff. When there was an issue with our original apartment rental, the host quickly offered other options and was quick to respond.

The apartment was clean and tidy, but there were a couple of areas where the cleaners had missed, like doors and skirting boards. But this didn’t ruin our stay or make our time there uncomfortable.
