Athens City Themis 12

Location was ok, facilities good and plenty of space. Clean & plenty of towels provided.

Boiler decided to stop working at the most inconvenient time which of course led to us getting annoyed. This is after the plumber had been in to fix it on the first day of our stay (so, also having to deal with a contractor when us guests are supposed to enjoy our time off..). He should have come in between 11AM and 4PM when we got in, not at 5:30PM when we wanted to take a nap. Host was quick to respond and provide a solution but it was too late as we already had to take cold showers. I’m not responsible for fixing buttons on your electricity panel as a guest. I’m in your property to sleep, shower, get ready and leave to explore without delays as we have booking slots to make. To top it off, host did not seem too bothered about the fact that boiler had stopped working and seemed content he sent pictures and instructions on how to fix the buttons. No apology but rude responses such as ‘what is your problem?’ which were chatgpt generated responses anyways.

it was very convenient in getting the keys to the place, the instructions were very clear.

didn't like that the owner didn't post the instructions on the official Booking.com website my account but chose to communicate via WhatApp even though I communicated that I didn't feel safe to use the app

Good beds, correct bathroom and comfortable for 3 people. 25minute walk to the restaurants in the old district.

Night transport and could not check in at first/ no or late replys
